1. Returns and Refunds

At HO66Y , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must initiate the return process within 14 days from the date of delivery.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at [Customer Support Email] within the 14-day return period, providing your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

  • Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:
    Please contact us via info@ho66y.nl if you have any questions before purchase. We strongly advise consulting our size charts and hovering over the model for their size and height before making your order to ensure sizing satisfaction. Please carefully read through this returns policy as you are agreeing to this when you purchase from our website.

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
    We accept returns and exchanges for non-faulty items. Please contact  info@ho66y.nl with your order number and details of the return/exchange. Size exchanges are subject to availability. Returns, refunds, and exchanges will only be processed once the item is received back in our warehouse in the original condition, with original packaging and tags.
    If you have a change of mind in respect to a purchase, we will accept a return within 14 days of purchase and provide you with a credit note or refund.
    We have the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet its original condition. Please note we do not allow exchanges or returns on discounted/sale products.
    RETURNS & EXCHANGES POSTAGE:
    All shipping costs related to exchanges and returns due to a "change of mind" will be borne by the customer. HO66Y does not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges unless proven faulty. Shipping costs are not refundable for change of mind returns and exchanges, and you are responsible for the costs of shipping the products back to us.
    All returned orders will be issued with either a credit note or refund to the value of the item(s) returned, less any shipping costs. Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered returned parcels.
    FAULTY ITEMS:
    If you believe your purchased item is faulty, incorrect, or missing an item - please contact us via info@ho66y.nl with photos of the fault and your order number. All claims need to be lodged within 14 days of receiving an item. Refunds will only be processed if the item is proven faulty. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our standards and is obvious of your own damage or neglect of the item.

  • For faulty items, we will cover the postage costs for the return; however, you are liable for any delivery costs if we refuse the return if it does not meet our standards. Please exercise caution when trying on items as stained/dirty items will not be accepted.
    Privacy:
    Your privacy & security are respected at HO66Y. Please be aware that we keep any personal details fully confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. HO66Y will keep any personal details in a secure database and will only be used for HO66Y related communications only.
    Terms:
    No holds in cart or checkout, purchases are completed once paid for.
    Taxes, Duties, and Border Charges:
    HO66Y is not responsible for taxes, duties, border charges, or duty reimbursement on any international orders. Please check your country's border charges before making a purchase.

  • Pre-order Terms:

    • For select items on back order or re-order status; please note the estimated shipping window in the product description. This is highlighted for your convenience. These purchases are processed under the same terms as a pre-order.

    • On ordering 100% of the item and the full delivery cost is to be paid. Followed by an order confirmation.

    • As soon as stock arrives, we will post the item out to you and forward you any relevant tracking details.

    • Estimated Date of Arrival: Our suppliers are generally very good on their delivery estimates; however, on occasion, deliveries can take longer than we expect. We try to keep you updated with any changes in the delivery estimate wherever possible.

    • Cancellation: Ordered items are considered sold, and the "pre-order" cannot be canceled. Please ensure when placing a pre-order that you are happy and able to complete the order when the item arrives in stock.

    • If, for any reason, the item you ordered does not arrive with us within a reasonable amount of time, we will refund your deposit in full.

    • The item price is confirmed when you make the pre-order; no changes (up or down) in price will be made.

  • Shipping:
    DURING NEW RANGE LAUNCHES, PLEASE ALLOW 7 WORKING DAYS FOR ORDER FULFILLMENT NOTICE AND TRACKING INFORMATION
    Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is packed, you will receive a second email with tracking information. During times of high volume such as new drops, please allow 7 working days to receive your tracking information email.
    All orders are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse. We use a range of courier providers and aim to provide the fastest and most convenient shipping possible to each location. Our main carriers include FedEx, UPS, DHL, and DPEX.

4. Inspection and Refund

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

  • If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Please be aware that certain items are non-refundable:

  • Personalized or customized items.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Downloadable software or digital products.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
